Warranty and Returns
The Skeleton America return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any pair of Skeleton Americas Sunglasses or Skeleton Americas Gear in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items.
All Skeleton Americas Products come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering defects.
Skeleton Americas warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Skeleton Americas lenses by Carl Zeiss Vision will void this warranty.
Please follow the steps below prior to sending merchandise for returns to Skeleton Americas:

You will be sent an RMA number, please save this for your records, we will refuse all shipments that are not clearly marked with this number.
We’ll send you an email confirmation once we receive and assess your return.
If approved, we’ll send you a second email and shipping label will be generated.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.
We do not exchange items, but you may reorder through skeletonamericas.com at any time.
